How the referral program works

  1. Send us the referral

    Tell us about the business and who to contact. Please check with them first that they are happy to hear from us.

  2. We get in touch

    A Finch recruiter contacts the business, learns about their hiring needs and explains how we work.

  3. You receive a reward

    When the business signs on with Finch, you receive a referral reward. We will confirm the details with you at that point.
